Rim size Fit 2007

Hello there,
I tried to find the original rim size for Fit 2007 base.
In my book didn't locate in which chapter are the rims, not in specs, not in suspension, or steering.
Online from vendors found different sizes:
14 X6 4-100.00/114.30 38
(14 x 5.5 inches /4 x 100 mm, 38 mm Offset)
5.5Jx14 ET45
It's frustrating.

The most likely reason you find two different specs is because one size 14x5.5 is for the steel wheel and 14x6 is for the alloy wheel.

May be a little too late... But I put on GE8 stock 16" wheels and tires on my GD3 without any issues. The only thing is that the stock tires are a bit tall so the speedometer is underestimating the speed which hasn't been an issue.

Your speedometer is reading accurately according the rotations of the speed sensor located inside the transmission. However.. your actual speed may vary. I've seen a few GE8 fits with GD3 Fit alloy wheels.. You should be fine.

Whoops, that's what I meant. My "actual" speed is about 3-4 mph faster, if i recall with my taller tire size. Thanks

The steel wheel is 14 x 5, and the tire size is 175/65 14. That was on the base model, 2007. The alloy wheel is 15 x 6, with an offset of 55. The tires is 195/55 15. This is on the 2007 sport model.

If you run 195/50 16 tires on the GE8 wheels, that would give you a more accurate reading on the speedometer. Because on the GD3, they also had HFP wheels that were 16 x 7. Those wheels went with 205/45 16, on the GD3 vehicle. If the GE8 wheels are 16 x 7, then run the 205/45 tires. If they are 16 x 6, then run the 195/50 tires. Hope this helps.
