I had posted recently about my 08 Fit Sport getting a high temp light shortly after driving. I changed ECT2 - Engine coolant temperature sensor that reads the temperature in the radiator (located at the bottom of the radiator). It did not fix the problem and now it won't turn over. I changed the battery since it was due for a new one, so getting good crank but not starting up. It will start with starting fluid and also checked fuel pressure and that seemed good. I just checked it out with a scanner and it was showing ECT (Celcius) at 113 just after starting and then after 30 sec or so went down a couple degrees every 10 sec or so to about 100 and then slowly went back up after a couple minutes to about 107-110 for several minutes and then i hit the gas a few times and it showed about 118 and then the high temperature light started flashing.
Could this be caused by bad ECT1 - engine coolant temperature sensor located on the engine? Also trying to locate this sensor... Is this is in the pic?

Update: it was the ECT1 sensor. Swapped it out and now car is running great. That was NOT the sensor in the pic. It is located on the back right of the engine (technically on the water outlet)
