"Loud" Braking at High Speed

For at least a year I've had an issue where my 2008 Fit has a "loud" braking sound (think: like a train), but only when decelerating from high speed (appx > 50 MPH) and while it happens frequently it does not happen every single time. In my perception this isn't really a *braking* issue, as I can hear unusual non-braking noise at high speed as well. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Even though this has been a relatively minor issue for a long time, I still don't trust my Fit for long interstate drives because I don't really understand what's going on (and mechanics haven't really found anything obvious). Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

A video with clear audio would do more service here perhaps.
