I've put about 400-500 miles on it since I installed it, including a 220 mile drive from San Diego to Santa Barbara. I checked it today and retightened everything, because the header HAD settled a bit. But since I re-tightened everything, the noise seems to have gotten worse.

did you put a new gasket on too? the oem gaskets are crushable design and are not meant to be used over and over but you can do that cause its cheap and they hold together.

Yeah, I put on a new gasket. I guess I'll just give it time and see if it stops?

maybe it's hitting that hanger the stock header mounts to behind the block? Or it's the b-pipe and it's been pushed back some? just thinking outloud here... Also can you feel the "clunking" through the brake pedal? or the steering wheel? maybe the floor?
