Soak the bolt with PB Blaster and let it set for a bit (maybe drive the car around the block so it works is way in) then try to loosen it again. These aren't too snug since they're torqued at ~76 foot pounds but the rust of course won't help. If it doesn't loosen, try getting a longer ratchet/breaker bar or put a pipe on the end of the ratchet to get more leverage out of it.

Went over to the meat market I always shop at and had came out to find two guys looking at my car. I could hear they were talking about the tow hook. I said hello and they said, "What is that"? I told him it was a tow hook and then they asked what the hood was made of. I told them and they were like we've never seen this kind of Honda before and I told them what modifications I had done and the one guys said, "I bet that is one nice pocket rocket" I just laughed and said, Well it is a Honda!

PB Blaster is the shiiiiiiiiiiiz!!! Went thru a case of it on my bros '80 camaro Z28 he was restoring and never had to cut a bolt regardless of the rust. I think one broke but that was because it was too far gone and we couldn't tell until after we started wrenching on it and *SNAP*. But anytime you can avoid cutting a bolt do it. The chances of screwing up something else is too great unless literally everything else has failed.

As it decided to snow last night, i thought it was about time to remove the semi-slicks and re-fit my stock "winter" wheels.

I should really have done it last weekend, as it wasn't particularly fun swapping wheels over in the snow, lol.

I had my 1/2" IR impact gun hammering away, trust me, its frozen in there. I soaked the hell out of it. The bolt is turning about a 1/4 turn, the problem is the whole bushing/metal sleeve is turning with it. It now rattles while driving from loosening it, I figure if the PB/looseness doesn't have it free by tomorrow, I'll order the bushing and bolt and then cut it out.

I'm sorry but putting genuine Mugen stuff is out of my budget range. I bought this car on January 11th 2012. I'm not entering car shows. I'm not trying to be JDMTYTEYO. I like the way it looks. If I could save $4000 and pay only $350 to make me happy, I'll do it.. I'll be glad to spend the savings elsewhere.

Street Racing Life

That's the one I bought. It's just the Mugen replica for USDM bumpers. Pretty cheap. The guy actually drove and delivered to my house lol.
