That is twice what my 15"X7" RPF1s Weigh.... When I went to pick them up at the UPS Store in town the little old lady that ran the place told me as I walked in the door that my tires had come in. I told her it had better be wheels and tires to which she replied, no they are too light to be wheels and tires..... I bought JCrimsons 16"X7" Final Speed Eraser wheels and though they are heavier than what is on my car now are still considerably lighter than the stock wheels and tires..... I may wait until I get some new engine mounts before sticking them on my car... Trying to get that extra weight moving might finish off the mounts in short time they have gotten so much movement in them now since I did the high boost upgrade and stuff.

I cleaned and treated the leather steering wheel today. Its been needing a cleaning for a while and recently gotten too grippy for my liking. The back of the paddles were ridiculously dirty as well.

Go find high ground to park on until the hurricane has headed west an then north or passed you by .... I really don't think it is going to be bad but you might get a little wet.

Oh, its going to pour out here. In fact there is an 100% chance of rain tomorrow and 50% the day after. And on top of that, I have to drive in it to and from school tomorrow.

There are supposed to be cold dry air approaching from the High Plains that will hit from here up past Dallas tomorrow or the day after and I will be driving 100 miles to Dallas for more dental work.... I don't want to go but my car loves cool wet weather and I like having all of my teeth so I'll do it.

Absolutely. I'm ready to get rid of this summer Texas heat. Hope you get to keep all your teeth.

I Think they are going to be alright but if I lose a couple it will be some that won't show and I still have a full head of long blond hair.... If I was to shave off my beard and not so tall I could dress in sexy womens clothes and be a nasty demented female impersonator in Up Town Dallas on weekends.. I have been telling my wife that some heavy rains were on the way for 2 days. She Knows it will rain If I say so and can't get out of bed.

Per usual, your posts entertain.

I had my phase of long hair and classic rock. I still like classic rock, I just lost the long hair, and I don't wear bandannas as often. The business world is big on appearances, and as much as I'd like to stick it to the man, I'll just conform and let loose once I have my own company.

You might have a future in meteorology. Too bad it's a kick in the ass. I trust you have some strong pain medication to put it to rest.

Well after my plains went to complete hell on Sunday I went to work Sunday night, got off work Monday around 6:30am went home spent the next 2 hours cleaning the car inside/out and then meet up with Adam in the cities for another photo shoot. Adam was the same guy that did my shoot last year. I was so exited for the shoot and will post up the pics when I get them in two weeks.

Removed bumper, yellow vinyl on fogs, prepped and painted oem silver grill gloss black, wetsanded and cleared it the next day, might be incompatible, meh. Will let it dry, wetsand and polish. If no bueno, guess I'll redo it. Reinstalled everything, including the side that was popped out. Installed another sticker, +5hp.

Went on a fun run after class. The road was crazy damp and had occasional road debris from trees but the Fit handled and cleared everything well so it was still a good time.

I haven't started my car up in 13 days when I went to Waco for a medical appointment. Tomorrow it's off to Dallas for another appointment in Dallas... Getting old happens fast and it sucks really bad.

Pioneer amp 750 watt, not sure the model and a Pioneer sub 12 inch, not sure what the peak is i think its 800. i spliced the rear speaker and ran a wire to the fuse box to the radio fuse(26). and the power from the battery to the sub. kicks pretty hard, not as well as an after-market deck would but still gives it that extra uhmp.

to give you an example of the bass, it makes my rear view mirror aim down. i need to electric tape the swivel ball so it can stay in place lol.

Those Rays lug nuts are insanely light in weight, be gentle and don't put an impact wrench on them.... I had a scary drive to Dallas that took me into a storm that spawned at least one tornado that touched down 10 or so miles north of me and had me all over the road from high winds and standing water that caused hydroplaning even at 40 MPH . I would have been screwed if I had still had a cold air intake.

Agreed. Generally aluminum lugnuts don't take kindly to being torqued with an impact wrench or by a clumsy mechanic wielding a hex wrench that's too short. They get rounded-off edges

They're fine for daily driving but for track use steel lugnuts are still king when it comes to durability. Trackday addicts here swear by them, as they are less affected by high heat loosening the threads, and basically secure the wheel better. I gave up my Work RS aluminum lugnuts for a set of Kyo-Ei steel nuts with Bull-Lock wheel locks.
