2008 Fit Sport Problems

I have a 2008 Honda Fit Sport and it has around 80k miles on it. Just recently I have started to notice a clicking type of sound/ feeling in the front every time i put pressure on the brakes or accelerate. I know this couldn't be it but it almost feels like the engine is like shifting when i accelerate. I'm thinking it could be the brakes but why would it all of the sudden just start acting up when there has been new ones on there for at least 4 months now. I'm just trying to figure out what this could be in case its something serious. Thanks in advanced, Sean.

Sometimes the brake pads will "shift" a bit on their mounting pins when the forces on them change direction. Our CR-V does that now (after 100K miles) and it does sound like a click.

Could also be the beginning of loose end-links on the sway bars. If that, you would hear/feel it on low speed bumps, also. We replaced the front links on our Fit @ 75K miles. I think I can hear the V and the Acura starting to make those noises now...
