use the search button and do research on this forum first..

you have to take wheel size, offset and tire size into consideration.. and with that consideration, then you'll know if you need modifications to the fenders or not.

Welcome aboard. As mentioned, you need to look around the forum threads for your answer. Here's a good start for tires and wheels:

Take your time. Good luck!

Im 2008, lowered about 1.5 inches from stock, with 15x7 +40offset, and 195/55/15 tires, my fenders are rolled flat and slightly pulled. the tires rub in the rear on harsh bumps with a lot of weight in the car and at high speeds while the front rubs only during sharp turns at low speeds such as parking lots. I would think that 8.5 would be very wide. youre gonna need to be cambered out and your fenders are gonna need a lot of pulling and of course a rolling to make them fit. the fit is not a car that accepts agressive wheels easily, sorry bro

OP In the three hours over which you had responded to this thread you could have found the answer by searching this forum.

Could you be more lazy?

Google is your friend.

And by the way...8.5" on a GD is just asking for trouble, period.

put it this way my 15x7 +32 where pretty flush with the fenders and I rubbed on bumps and turns.
