What are the correct, or best spark plugs for a 2008 Hinda Fit Sport?

Valve adjustment is separate maintenance item.
Checking of the cat includes
measuring of exhaust back pressure
secondary O2 sensor voltage (should be steady)
converter discoloration and noise

also just to clarify the plugs didnt blow out, they had melted and distorted the coil packs. sorry for my typing, holding baby...

This means they were not tight allowing combustion temperatures to be present in spark plug wells. Still need to clean the plug gasket sealing surfaces and inspect the threads.

U get added power correct with s2000 plugs at stock gap and 93 octane? Our state has that...
