it is one full piece that has one rivet to attach the chamfered section. the bolts you see on the left attach to the existing bracket off of the stock intake box and the bolts on the bottom attach to an alumninum bracket i made to reach to the other mounting point for the stock intake box. i replaced the stock rubber bushing and washers with hand-lathed aluminum bushings so it is very secure.
and yes, there are vents but i will be improving air direction by making a chute utilizing these.

As far as cost, with shipping, all of the spectre parts cost me 100 and the sheet metal was 10, all other parts used were already in my garage.
if you want a part list i can give that to you, its just not infront of me right now.
either way 110 is better than 250-300 for some company to sell me one.
I wish i could make my own exhaust haha. Im gonna have to splurge on that one lol.
