It is a plug and play device that alters the voltage signal of the factory throttle controller to open it much faster or much slower with 10 other settings in between and the stock setting in the normal setting.... Panson will get it to you fast has great prices and stands behind his product... In the fastest responding setting it will rev as if you have installed a lightweight flywheel and your car will respond as if you have too... You can use the slower opening settings to conserve fuel or when driving on slick roads..
