Need help with adding new speakers and sub in 2013 LX

Thanks (yet again), 2Rismo2. Should I ask whereabouts the grommet is roughly or will I be able to find it easily?
And once I get the wiring through the firewall, where/how exactly do you connect it to the battery? The only connections I've ever seen on a battery are the terminals on top but I guess there must be a harness or something somewhere else on the battery. Do I have to be careful where I connect the sub wiring? Do I need to take the battery out to get at the wiring location? Are there any specific connectors needed or do I just splice in? And what about the connection to the fuse box?
Sorry about asking even more questions.

You can use a ring terminal and connect it on the bolt that tightens to the battery terminal. You should always be careful when dealing with wiring. Connectors will depend on your application. Search for add a fuse for the fuse box connection.

You can get one of these spiffy terminals that looks cool
Or just use a ring terminal. I am not sure about the ELD system but I think in order for it to sense the amp the amp needs to get power after the ELD.

There's anther spot you can run a power wire through to the driver's side of the cabin that only requires a couple clips popped out, and that is under the driver's front fender liner. There's the hood release cable and a second small grommet just under that. Saves running a super long wire.
Also here's what a ring terminal looks like on the battery connection. This is a lower gauge wire for some aux lights, but same idea. This allows the cover to close flat.

Not As Expected or Install Error?
I added the Kenwood SW11 under my seat and its faintly noticeable which I was expecting noticeable. The video you posted is nothing like what I am hearing. Could I have done something wrong even tho the Kenwood Sw11 is getting power and there is sound and a little bass coming thru?

Howdy Partners,
I recently Installed the Kenwood SW11 under seat sub in my car. I didn't go to best buy or anywhere to listen to it before buying due to the 'Rona but the reviews seemed solid as in its small but for its price point and being small it packs a little bump, not a thump.
Well, I am kind of disappointed. The stock speakers in my old Pontiac Grand Am had better bass than this Kenwood SW11. Could I have installed it wrong? I am getting power and little sound coming through the sub. Is it possible I am only getting signal from one speaker I tapped into or is it just that small of a hump (not even a bump)? And yes, I pushed the gain on the remote.
