I知 looking for a good set of coil overs anywhere from 600$-800$ have any good suggestions?? I知 looking to lower my fit and 2 1/2 -3 inches

 

For that low you probably need some BC's or K-Sport to not rub if you are running higher offset wheels unless you roll the fenders.

If you want a softer ride Tein Flex but the springs are on the softer side so they rub if you go too low.

My Fit on Tein Flex. Had to roll the front fenders but any lower the liners were rubbing over large bumps/dips because the spring rate was on the softer side.

I'd go with BC coilovers and order them with custom spring rates if you are going to lower it that much or it will be rub city with the stock 5k/3k springs
