Ignition key not working. Battery working. Doesn’t turn to start even when turning t

I have an issue with my 2011 Honda Fit RS, following a frontal accident collision. The collision was not that bad as the air bags did not deploy. I was able to drive the car home and parked it there pending repairs. During such time, I was able to unlock and lock the doors with my smart key fob for for 2 consecutive days, post accident until it no longer responded nor was I able to start the car. The steering wheel has locked and the manual key was not also able to turn in the cylinder. In my attempt to trouble shoot, I first replaced battery in Key Fob and the problem still existed. I even replaced battery and still no avail. I also wiggled the steering wheel while the manual key was in the key cylinder and still it will not turn in the cylinder nor able it to start. It just will not turn.

ANY HELP WILL BE GEATLY APPRECIATED.
Can it be the immobilizer?..
If so where is the fuse for the immobilizer?
WHAT OTHER COMPONENTS SHOULD I CHECK IN REGARDS TO THE IMMOBILIZER?
