$300 to $500 below MSRP

That's a smokin' deal. Curious why the range of $300 to $500...does it depend on which model (e.g., Sport w/navi, Sport w/o navi)? I was under the impression that there's less only $500 between Invoice and MSRP on a Sport AT (doesn't take into account dealer holdback).

Wow, that processing fee seems steep. It's only $180 at most Honda dealers in Michigan. As with most things in life, something that sounds too good to be true generally is.

Well, that's good....we have to be cautious these days. Ike is coming right along and we in TX might just get caught with this one.
Have you bought a Fit from this dealer? Or do you work for them?

I have a friend who spoke with the salesman (Damon) this morning. Said he was very friendly and accomodative. They discussed a Fit Sport AT for $200 over invoice (i.e., $17,179), plus, tax, etc. Damon informed him that while the Fits are popular down there, they're not as hot as on the coasts and other parts of the country. For anyone living within driving distance, it'd probably be worth the trip.
