^ Thats a pretty good deal. We just picked up our TW auto sport navi on 1/24. Paid 19.4k before tax. They wouldn't budge on the price and I didn't have time to shop around. I'm happy with the car so far.

I picked up my '09 Blue Sensation Pearl Sport about a week and a half ago. Paint looked great until the snow hit.

Orange Revolution Sport with NAV and AT picked up Tuesday afternoon. So far, so good. That ultra-short hood (invisible to the driver) will take some getting used to. Visibility is truly excellent, and the automatic transmission is more versatile than I had realized - rpm management is critical with such a low power engine.

Are you planning on collecting them all?

Perhaps one for each day of the week? Or color matching/contrasting seasons?

I think two will be enough for now. One for me (Silver) and the other for my wife (Red). My daughter started it. She has a silver 07.

That is so cool!

That's what I keep saying, that the Fit fits everyone.

Do you have a story behind choosing to buy TWO new FITs?

And what does your daughter think about her parents having the same make and model?

Are there arguments in the family over which is better?

You should post the story, there HAS to be a story behind this! How about in General Fit Talk? I really want to know!

Just a co-incidence of timing with the purchase of two cars. Time for my wife to change cars and my daughter had enjoyed her car. I've gone from conversion van to mini-van to fit. Same shape just smaller. I was thinking Civic but I like the extra cargo area.

I think she is happy.

Are there arguments in the family over which is better?
Not really. My wife has always driven manual. My other other car is a manual and red so an automatic/silver is a nice change. I have feeling we may compete over mpg. She had a somewhat higher mpg than me after the first fill-up. Hard to tell after only one tank... I didn't go as far before my first fill-up.

Just got FIT

Picked up an '09 Sport Saturday. MT in Storm Silver met. Commuting just got much more fun and economical. Bid my '07 Aegean Green CR-V EX AT a found farewell after 74,000 miles. Commute 65 miles each way 3-5 days per week. Handling and shifting characteristics are soooo much more enhanced!!! Not looking forward to any rural roads however. Job rarely requires those jaunts now though. Hyper-miling will be the game w/ the occassional zip zip for bonus points. Can't wait to see new FIT friends along the way.

Drip drip,
Syd
