Routing a cable behind the dash could have numerous applications. Can you elaborate? Thanks for your contribution.

I fed the power cable behind the center console below 12v outlet, routed behind lower dash panel and fuse access panel to exit where dash meets airbag panel (see left of GPS). No need to remove any panels. Easy to do just by dropping fuse access panel down. When in use I just plug into power outlet. Hardwire for radar detector is fed through front tweeter opening as per earlier post in this thread, with remote warning light/mute mounted on top of steering column with velcro dots.
