should have put traveling Red LEDs that went back and forth on that spot. Perfect on your car.

Me... I hit 20% and am over 30K miles. Time to schedule the Fit for the Oil change.

Having access to a floor lift is great - installing a plug and play wire kit is a PIA. Had to 'pop' off the left cargo panel to get the wires/control unit in place. I can understand why some cowl clips get broke w/ the LSM recall - phew! But it's done.

Better a plug and play than a cut and splice kit. That's the road to frustration.

For sure!!! The plug tails were short and wrapped and it's tight quarters. It could be done, but frustration would be the beginning of the road... it would have ended me. First wire kit I installed was cut and splice - the thought lingering in my mind told me it could be worse, though it was on an 87 Cadillac. I had the whole trunk and none of those clip-on hard plastic panels and could look the brake light's right in the socket.

A nice 3-point hitch at that. Connects to the frame and a center point under the cargo area, there's actually a mount there to take the two bolts. Very sturdy hitch.

My 4x6 trailer rides nice and level. CURT 1-1/4-inch Receiver - Class 1 Hitch part number 110642

Now to clean up the trailer a bit. Will post pics when done. No pics on the install, quite uneventful.

drove my GE around this am to run some errands in a rougher neighborhood. no issue. i thought my wheels would be gone by the time i was done with the errand but all 4 of them were still there.

wasnt about to take my modded G there with SSR 19's and new S04 tires mounted so asked the wife to let me use the car for a few hours.

From what I have seen of the Curt hitches and my experience with a class three hitch I had put on my old 79 Lincoln Town Car to pull the travel trailer that was my home for 18 months after I was wiped out by a divorce, there should be a noticeable change in the way your car rides and handles with the added stiffness in the rear of the car... Kind of like this does.BEATRUSH Rear Performance Bar 2003~ Fit/ Jazz GD1, GD3

I put my new shoes on today. Came with TPMS sensors installed. No TPMS light after putting them on. Not sure if it should be or if should be able to pull reading from new wheels and just needs to be calibrated by dealer to be accurate on this setup.

it depends on how far you drive. it'll come on after a set distance.

my light has been on shortly after I put my wheels and tires. taking it to the dealer next week to fix the fan controls, might get them to deal with it there.

You're right, it came on a day after the install. Dropping by the dealer tomorrow to have the sensors calibrated.

I did do something (small) to my fit today. Decided I didn't like the (expensive) Enkei center caps for the rpf1's, so put some older accord caps on in their place.

Like this flat cap much better. Let jah be praised! ... uh, Gen-u-wine Enkei Center caps for sale, PM me if interested.

OH, dang... we had a '94 Accord, but it got junk'd a few years back after an accident. I knew I should've kept the wheels (dunno why I had that feeling at the time).

But, I'm making due with the junction box covers that DSM suggested to me.

Wow, that works pretty well. I Googled and found some is300 owners thread saying older accord caps work. Same caps that came on some elements, odyssy's, and pilots. I got the set off ebay for $35. Which, while not cheap, seamed like a bargain compared to the Enkei's.
