I have to go to the powdercoater today anyways to pick up another bar.

I'll ask him for an estimate just to see. Then I'll think on it.

I don't particularly care for a jungle gym in the back of my car but it's your Fit not mine.

Hah...Yeah, I just have the C Pillar. It is a nice bar, I just got tired of the gold/chrome type color. I like the rigidity of it, but don't plan on getting rear strut, or x braces.

Btrthnezr3 and BlueBoogers,

You folks are amazing with mods. Both of you do a great job and tackle intricate mods!!

I'll never even come close. To me tints and seat covers are mods.

You mean the coat hanger bar? LOL I see you replaced the rear sway eh. All by yourself?

LOL and I think I don't even compare AT ALL to some of these other guys that really mod the HECK out of their fits.

Sway bar has proved fun thus far.
I'm hoping for birthday I get more goodies for the fit--maybe the T1R chassis bars or the oem console.
Fun stuff!

Coat hanger bar is correct--but now it is matte, textured black. Looks freaking awesome.

do dreams count?

I dunno why, I dreamt that I was replacing the tint on my Fit. In my dream, all my tints were peeling off as if the adhesive simply dissolved.

The person who was doing the replacement was a "friend" (dunno who though), and had some boxed tints that were supposed to be cut to match the Fit. Upon inspection, none of them looked like they would properly cover any glass.

But I woke up before even test fitting them (let alone installing them).

CRAP!!!!! I know what the dream is... it was a warning. I knew my MM was getting close to do an oil change (prior to "today" it was 20%). Now the service light is on. The crappy part is... it's below freezing outside... for the next few days.

(=.=)!!!!

Tinted all the windows, installed the red mirror caps, picked up my Mugen pedals but installation is more involved than the hand tools I had with me, so those will wait until I do my ambient lighting when it arrives.

So when can we ban Andrew? He's doing wayyyy too much wayyyy too fast

Jk. It's looking good man. Can't wait till you finish up your retro. Those LS projectors with the OEM shroud are plenty big enough to make it look completely OEM in the fit's huge reflector bowls.

There's a finished pair of headlights I posted in the retrofit build thread that have custom chrome trim rings. That makes it look crazy OEM and I'm trying to buy a pair from the guy that made them.

Oh and I need to find out if the 2012 Civic antenna is AM/FM/XM or just XM before I order one of those.

Wow, those look very good! I've seen pics on here before, and I'm always surprised at how OEM they look.
