haha same thing.. he emailed me a price for the duckbill.. asked for other parts and got no response... was going to see if shipping rear diffuser/duckbill would save on shipping.. may just have to get the duckbill.. guess he has those in stock

He told me he had just one in stock when I talked to him a week and half ago. But he might have just been telling me that to get me to buy it asap, who knows when dealing with him.

Looks really nice. Does the jdp wing use any of the stock mounts or is it all just 3m tape?

Uses stock mounting points, there is a DIY in this build:

This spoiler is probably the only thing left that I would do to my Fit exterior-wise if I ever found a good deal on one. I don't have any CF on my car so I would paint it TW

Fram is rubbish. Stick with the premium NAPA stuff (Napa select/Napa Gold), as its all made by Wix, who actually seem to care about delivering a good product to their customers.

Nothing, still waiting for it, needs to hurry up because all this waiting has had me open my wallet for a new hobby.

It's so incredibly light for having front sussy and being a 29er. Looking at picking up a spare set of wheels, cassette, rotors and outfitting with some city tires since it won't always be on trails and commute with it.

Nice bike! My vinyl collection and computer keep eating up my RSB and exhaust money.

On that note, how long have North Americans here waited on things shipped from RHDJapan? Considering saying F it and ordering a couple goodies.

The language gap might be hard consider he might not know what you are asking for. Google translate only gets the gist of what you are saying. You might just have to bite the bullet and pay it regardless. There aren't too many options for us western guys. I knew going in I would have to pay whatever number he gave. Best if luck!

Thanks! I got mine in fiber glass cause its 90 bucks cheaper and i also intend to paint it tw. I feel like it would balance out the fatter mugen rear a lot better than the stock one.

About half a week to get stock and 2-7 day shipping depending on the size. DHL is faster than EMS/CanadaPost I find.

Installed Spoon N1 and Rigid Collars. The car handling feels more refined and less bumpy now on my coilovers. The muffler gave a nice preppy feel but the loudness may be too much for me.

Cool. Not buying anything nearly as exciting as you did. DHL is amazingly fast to get things to you.

Ok FNG question, where do the collars install? I put BC Racing coilovers on my car earlier this week. At first I had too much preload on the rear springs and the ass end of the car would hop over bumps. Now the preload is backed off but I have a clunking and it's still a bit bouncy in the rear.

Bulbs

First upgrade was changing out the bulbs to LED bulbs. So map, dome, cargo & license plate bulbs all brighter

Figure budget-wise and past cars I've owned and modified, I want to take my time and upgrade as I see 'FIT'

If I had known what a difference it made, I would have done the LED light conversion ages ago.

I've always been curious about the rigid collar kits myself. According to the item description on RHD Japan, they make all the difference. That being said, the manufacturer is a little biased as to how well they work, and they wrote the description.

^ Interesting.

Did the LED conversion for my license plate lights last night. Much brighter and easier to look at. Also added one to the truck, but the light socket is stuck in place for the other. Then I need more for her dash. It's looking pretty dull these days.
