My back hatch rattles constantly. And when I say constantly, I mean it. From idle to highway speeds, I hear the constant rattle. For the longest time I thought it was my license plates not being screwed down with the bottom two screws, but I recently sat in the back while my brother was driving and I noticed it was the back plastic part that was vibrating against the glass where it touches.

I was wondering if I can get this fixed under warranty? If not, is there a way to fix this myself? I was thinking of putting some felt taping along the edges to deaden sound.

 

if you have a warranty, use it.

 

Ok, well i wasn't sure if this was considered a non-issue that the warranty wouldn't cover it. Thanks.
