Question Keyless Remote: Where to Drill Hole for Key Chain?

I just purchased the Honda keyless remote (#72147SWAA01).

There is no place to attach a key. I'm wondering what the best, safest place is to drill a hole for a key chain. The circular space on the right seems to be not in use. Could I just drill through there? I don't want to break the circuitry or have it fall apart when I drill.

Thanks.

Whats that little gap at the bottom left corner? Sometimes like cellphones, they have a whole for a string.

I don't get this device?? Is it made to be drilled? Why would they make it if there is no way to attach anything?

That is a sharp item... I may get myself one of these. And, the real plus is that you don't have to go to a dealer since it uses the same internal parts from your current key. The only drawback is if the chip in the Honda key can't be removed, which apparently can be the case.

It is missing the outer shell or case. With that there would be attachment for a key chain.

My thoughts exactly. I looks like the "innards" of a key fob, especially since the panic button should be recessed/flush to prevent being pressed accidentally. This one is raised.
