09 Fit Sport, can we use '11 slotted rotors/calipers

As it turns out, a friend of mine is getting into powder coating, and suggested he was looking for some guinea pigs. I had considered painting my drums and calipers, but waved that off with how much time the car was going to be unavailable. My friend suggested that new drums and calipers might be more attractive since he could powder coat them and then arrange to swap the calipers and drums. While looking up parts, I noticed that the 2011 fits appear to have slotted rotors. Anyone know if this is something that would be interchangeable to an '09 Fit Sport?
