Camber bolts

Installation's straight forward. Maxed out the adjustment. I'll keep an eye on tire wear. One auto x with the stock setting completely trashed a 1" strip on the tires. This won't happen again. Cars a bit sensitive just off center but once it takes a set theres a marked difference in feel. More rubber on the ground I suppose. New tires before the next auto x on the 14th. Highly recomended if you like spirited driving under the right conditions.

You should get an alignment. If the GE is anything like the GD, adjusting the camber adjusts the toe as well. You'll eat through your tires in a couple hundred miles.

Wait, you adjusted the camber which way? more negative camber or more positive?

Positive. Drove it 500 miles already and tire wear looks fine. I used a large square placed up against the base of the tire and measured from that to the top of the rim. Seems fairly equal, within 1/32" side to side.Yes, it stiill needs to be checked for toe but tracks perfect going down the road.

Thanks for that. I like the feeling, and the outside edge will also. Auto x on the 14th.

ask the other people at the auto x what their alignments specs are. you'll see a lot of -2 to -5 degrees of camber.

you may wear tires because your toe is off.
