2009 Fit
..
pretty close...
I just saw a white Fit today, for the first time, in person. It looks great! Some people always buy white cars, year after year and car after car. To discontinue the color would be a mistake in my opinion.
I love that color, everyone that I know has commented on the color at least once.
Eric
The truth is...
I wish I could have a Fit in every color. I LOVE my Fit, slow though it may be. Those new colors look sick, too. I especially like the light blue. Oh, and the purple.
But those steering wheels are on the wrong side. Should work out well for mail carriers!

2008 Honda Fit
1 more year. Yes we said 1 more year until the full model change of this very popular yet low production vehicle. Don't expect any major changes to this entry level vehicle for 08. The 2007 build-out is for August arrival vehicles so expect 2008 models to begin arriving in September. What you will see new for 2008 will be a few new colors. Look for Tidewater Blue Metallic (Base and Sport) and Blackberry Pearl (Sport Only). All interior colors will come with Black interiors. Taffeta White and Lunar Mist Metallic will be discontinued.
Honda have allready a color named Black Amethyst Pearl. Is that the same color, or is this Blackberry a new one... unlikely.
Actually I have a Black Amethyst Pearl Jazz 1.4LS CVT (2007) and I just LOVE that color. When it is overcast the color just look dark violet but when the sun shines it just sparkles and got shades of dark and bright fields on it.
Look on this photos, and you know what I mean:

This is of the same car even if the last one look black.
(sorry for highjacking the thread
)But back to the 2008 model of Honda Jazz/Fit.
Is it wise to speculate so much and post pictures when Honda themself has not put out any info on the new model? The car will offcourse not be so diffrent from todays 2007 model because it is a very popular car. It would be very stupid of Honda to change too much on the design and risk loosing all the fans of this nice little car.
.... I also love the automatic climate control you have too.... looks like honda did offer it in a LHD car after all... hmmmm

so if I am getting this right the car will look the same next year in Canada and will look different in 2009 so do you think that the aftermarket parts are still going to fit on the 2008 that you can buy for the current 2007 fit models I am just wondering because I might just save my aftermarket parts if they will fit in the 08 model
Not sure if its a repost,

i have honda's interactive network(Honda Interactive Network), the color is confirmed by vehicle management.
couple of other cars are getting new colors as well, new accord got something called the mystic green, basque red, white diamond, polished metal, san marino red, belize blue, etc that are new.
pilot is getting 2 new trims, se and vp, and no more lx, new color is mocha metallic.

So if they change the color now, the color I have on my car is going to be even more rare
There was a rumor here in Norway that there was coming just one more car with this color in october, but now they said that one was canceled for unknown reason (maybe color change?).
I have not managed to get in contact with other European Jazz comunities. But in the few european Honda forums I am in there is no one with the BAP color. Some have seen it on a CRV only...
