I'd say S500, S600, S800, [deep breath], Beat, NSX, S2000. The CRX and Del Sol were FF, basically Civics on a diet.

 

Thanks for the update. Just a coulple of questions: What is "internal IN?" Does this mean that a TW Sport AT due in by mid July might be one of the last white Fits to arrive in the US?

We think the white looks sharp and is highly visible to the human eye, a built-in safety factor for a small car.

 

Its an Internal honda site for dealers. The last 07s should arrive by late August.

Well a salesguy here mentioned before that Canada would be getting Taffy White in 2008, so that conflicts with the usa information posted earlier, I'd love some updated info.

 

If it's anything like VW... even the dealers aren't quite 100% sure until things start hitting the lot. Not sure how the manuf/factory and dealers manage such poor communication channels for $$$ 5-digit products!

 

I am shocked that Honda has decided to oust Taffeta White from the U.S. I was on route to buying a TW Fit next year and it is the choice color for me aside from yellow which we won't get in the states anyways.

Well, I guess I should start looking at some different colors. Either that or buy a Fit now . I'd like to see more of the Tidewater Blue Metallic, but I would rather that Honda bring in a blue darker than that of VBP. Hmm, decisions, decisions.

 

After 7 years of doing this I have realized that ther is no ryme or reason to Hondas Logic. We have been told what colors are available and white is not one of them. Kep in mind that Canada does get a different palet than the US.

I'm hearing that the Fit will NOT be available in TW (White) for the 2008 Model year in the US!?!?!?

I was stoked to get a 07 White Fit.... but was deeeee-nied by Honda Canada No such thing as a White Canadian Fit.

 

I found this page describing some future changes for the Fit.

To anyone's knowledge, does this information have any truth to it? Besides the TW being discontinued, and Tidewater being introduced. I'm pretty sure that's correct.

I've had my heart set on taffeta white.. so I'm assuming I need to buy mine NOW, yes?

Mentions of body style changes just worry me a little. Suggestions on what to do?

For the NA Fit, no full model change yet. For the JDM Fit, the full change is coming in late September/early October of this year.

 

Hmm, at least that'll give us the preview. Makes a change for 2009 fairly possible.

Either way, gotta snatch TW while it's alive.

 

I'm running into the same thing. I'm curious about what I'll miss in the '08 model (as well as what it might cost) but I want white, so I'm stuck. I could go with grey or black as a second choice color and wait for the '08, I suppose. I haven't seen it posted here, so I'm guessing the answer is no, but does anyone know a projected MSRP of the '08?
