I went to my local dealer today in North Carolina. They had access to a color palate on an internal website, but the samples were small. It was difficult to tell much about the colors from a small square on a cheap computer screen.

However, my salesman claimed he had seen a picture of an orange 09 Fit, but couldn't remember where. He said the color was a bit darker than the orange on the original Fits.

I, too, got a look at the color palette on Honda's internal website, but like someone else stated, it's difficult to envision the color on an actual vehicle.


Anyway, got my VIN a couple days ago, so the actual vehicle should not be far behind, in light of recent events.

Dealer told me Honda won't have the brochure for the '09 till October 2, further bolstering the perception that these cars are being shipped early due to the near depletion 0f '08 Fits on dealer lots. Let's hope they made no production compromises to manage an earlier release.

 

HANG ON THERE! Are you saying Tidewater Blue is confirmed for Canada? I ordered my LX AT on July 18 in Tidewater, hoping it would come here this year. Are you SURE????
