Question Reset TPMS Light 2010

Just purchased our '10 sport used. TPMS light is on. Seller said she thought there was an easy reset procedure. Is this true? And if so, what is the magic combo?

Nope. If the letters TPMS is on then there is a system fault which require the Diagnoistic Trouble Code to be read and diagnosed in order to correct the issue. Usually but not always its a matter of having a sensor signal failure.

In the case of tire pressure sensor signal failure, yes. From the tire pressure sensors I seen, they usually last between five to eight years of service.

If you have an Americas Tie/Discount Tire nearby, they will diagnose for you for free. If the sensor isn't bad and they just need to re-sync the sensors to the car, they will do that for free too!

I have just gone to my dealer an they adjust the tire pressure- no charge. The light comes on about twice a year- when the temperature changes

Reset Button?

Got a 2010 Fit Sport and TPMS light is on. How the hell do I reset the light? It doesn't have touch screen radio. Any thought? Thank you.
