Keep or replace
To expand on the TPMS sensor, they have a permanent battery inside that eventually dies.
I would probably replace all 4 since they are the same age and, in theory, they should last about the same time. If you can coordinate tire replacement with tpms sensor install, you can save some money. I can't advocate for anyone to drive with that light on, but somehow I'm alive after driving many years without tpms sensors. A walk around each morning with periodic pressure checks worked pretty well for decades.
The sensors can be bought from eBay, Amazon, etc for not too much money.

I forgot to ask. Is your Fit an auto or manual? If auto, I would lean more toward replace because there is an unknown lifespan with the auto and, without the ability to do your own work, repair can be very costly.
It is automatic.
Well, I'm very interested to see what others think, but that would sway me more toward replace. Maybe someone with a high mile auto Fit will chime in and let us know how long they last or if they last forever.
For me, that mileage on an auto would be a concern.

Love to hear if other people have luck getting to 300k on an automatic fit.
Well, I'm still plugging along with this car. Went to 2 different locally owned shops, and they actually talked me out of replacing the cc since there are no symptoms (just the engine light). But they will replace it for $550 if I decide to.
So I paid one of them $550 rather than over $800 for maintenance - I think/hope I've found aagood shop to use. I then went to the tire shop and found out I had 2 bad TPMS sensors and 2 nails, so $250ish there.
Now my passenger door lock has this horrible loud grinding sound when it locks. Think it's the actuator? Anyone know what a good price for replacing it would be?

In the sensor itself I assume.
No sensors here in Canada. We have to look at tires to see if inflated or flat. A small piece of black tape over the light and a manual check of tire pressures should solve your problem.

I never replaced the cat. My check engine light still goes on and off, and I still don't have any other symptoms. 244k and going strong!
For anyone curious, here's the recap:
I started this thread in 10/2018 with 212k miles on my fit.
I decided to keep it, and it now has 244k miles on it.
I never replaced the cat and it's still running fine.
I got the door unhooked from the automated locks rather than replacing it. Just have to lock/unlock that door manually.
Have had no further issues/repairs since!
