Tie Rod Replacement? Clutch?

Has anyone replaced their inner and outter tie rods? I think my car is eating up the tires because of them being bad. Buying 2 new tires on Wednesday because i destroyed 2 within 9 months brand new. Car has good alignment and will be realigned on Wednesday as well. Ill have them inspect the tie rods, but I think I am going to order new ones anyway. Im hitting 179,000 miles on a 2011 manual fit. While on the subject of Maintenance. Im also on my origional cluth never replaced anything to do with the Trans. except one fluid change. Any idea how long these clutches are holding up? My car is used for full time Pizza Delivery for the last 3 years. Thanks.

Clutch is dependant on operator and how the car is used. Highway miles will not wear it out as fast as stop and go. I had 200k on my Civic cluch and it was working good.

Usually it can't be aligned if the tie rod is bad. If you are getting an alignment anyway that would be a good time to replace the tie rods. Control arm and ball joints while you are at it.
