Coilover spring rates

I’m looking at replacing the 125k mile stock suspension on my ge and would like to go a little tighter than stock but this is a dd and I don’t want to sacrifice too much comfort or go too low. I was looking at koni oranges with something like swift springs or godspeeds a member recommended on another thread but that’s getting into the price range of some entry level coilovers. I like the idea of height adjustment since having it sit right front to rear is more important to me for appearance. Anyways, one thing I’ve noticed is the rear rates aren’t that far off but a the fronts are around double the rate of coil springs. Does the coilover adjustability make higher rates more acceptable? Also similar question about the front to rear spring rate difference
