How were the roads destroying the car? What kind of damage. Just curious. To the reprecussions beside scrapping. Of being slammed. Nice system btw!

well dips in road, on the highway when bridges connect to the road and have that dip, my car was so low it scraped on flat driveway end where it connect to the road, it got to be annoying felt like i was driving a glass car ha, it dented my b pipe up , chippin my fiberglass front bumper, and it was low low that rocks marks were everywhere on hood, roof, bumper, etc. and i dont even wanna talk about having to back up or not go to certain placed becuase the speed bumps

I went with the H&R springs. I've run H&R's on 2 previous Honda's, and were happy/had no issues.

The drop was a just a bit lower than I was looking for 1.6"F & 1.3"R, BUT it looks good, and when I get my 17's in the spring, it should look even better

So far the ride is great. Not that much different than stock (when crusing around town). Corners are much nicer, and the car feels much more stable on the highway.

I'll post some pics up, just need to take some

Just a quick question, Which set of springs have the stiffest spring rates?

Are there any modifications needed or is it designed to fit usdm? Usually for a jdm front end you need to swap a ton of parts so I'm curious
