Swift Springs with Koni Orange or Stock?
Been doing research for the last 2 weeks. Have a baby coming in November and need to replace my jdm tight slammed skunk2 springs on stock struts.
I've narrowed this down to Swifts and I'm debating on replacing with Koni Orange or leaving my stock struts. I know the Swifts work well with stock struts.
Are the Koni Orange a worthy investment or even noticeable over stock struts? I don't think my stock struts are blown.
Part of me wants to go coilover because of the price I would be at, but I'm looking for the comfortable ride first.

The Koni's are going to give you much better performance then the stock struts.
I think you should get coilover's. I have Tein Flex on my Fit and the ride is great for a family. My wife says it rides nice and the baby is not bouncing around in the back. They offer a great balance of comfort and handling while still maintaining your low status.

Thanks for the family thoughtful advice! Do you have a photo of how it is set up currently? Obviously we are in the same boat and not worried about it being dumped. If it's the same height or lower as the Swifts and I could play with the height that would be awesome.
EDIT: looks like the Tein Street Advance are in the same price range as Swift/Koni. The Flex is out of the budget sadly.

Koni's are still just a twin tube design so they will be very simular to stock... they are cheap so that is good.. but they come naked with barely anything. KYB's cost a little more but they are better in my opinion, it will come with a boot, and KYB also offers strut and shock mounts as well which will give you renew feeling. The only way your going to get a better shock is if you went Bilstein.. but the issue with doing that is that your going to be spending over a 1k!!!
what is stupid is that both Koni AND KYB both make amazing shocks that can rival Bilsteins.. BUT they aren't offered for our Honda fits =(
