BigJoeTX posted a sound clip and review of his HKS exhaust here https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/3rd-...wer-video.html

At idle when the engine is warmed up, it's barely noticeable compared to stock other than a slight rumble. While driving the exhaust is slightly louder and deeper sounding than stock.

Overall, I like the HKS exhaust because it's very subtle and only slightly louder so it won't attract unwanted attention.

The only thing I'm dissappointed about is paying $342 3 months ago from kamispeed and now the price dropped to $304, lol.

Comparison of the stock exhaust to the HKS exhaust

Side views. It doesn't really stick out as much as I would like and gonna have to see if the bumper turns black over time.

Does it matter if ones has a CVT or Manual? Also guys recommend a place to purchase this?

Thanks

Pictures of my full LED light conversion. Pictures don't do it justice though. I also added the LED side mirror winkers. Unfortunately Honda never made it an option for the EX here in the United States. In addition to the winkers, my EX 6MT has heated mirrors too!!

More tech details can be found on my main mod thread!

Rottboy, hope the move to the mainland is going well.

I know the kit you installed will work perfectly. Question. Has anyone tried to install the switchback version of this garnish for the USDM FIT GK?

I load two kayaks and a bike, so they never cross over where the antenna. I would rather just unscrew it, I dislike the look of the sharkfins :P I think I am the only one who does!

I added a sport grille and painted the inserts and emblem white orchid pearl to match:

I painted the rear garnish WOP and the emblem black:

I only have about two more things I want to do and I'll have it how I want it and I'm done messing with it

Thank you, it still rides surprisingly good for a lowered car. Handles much better. Tires, floor matts, and maybe window tint if it's cooler in this heat and I'm done

I want to put a strip of tint, maybe 3" wide, along the top of the windshield and on the tops of the front side windows.

If you look at the top of the windshield along the side there's a pointer arrow. This marks the A line and in some states it it legal to tint up to a specified %, although some states do not allow windshield tinting at all.

Thanks. Interesting. "Ignorance of the law excuses no man."
