Fronts prior to install, looks pretty good with red and orange.

The only install pic I got since it took me 6 hrs to install and I was getting pretty tired, lol

The Buddy Club N+ I now need to sell. Comes with the upper rubber mounts in the rear that I dremeled flat and the front strut bearings.

The hole is elongated for camber adjustment without the need for a camber bolt.
how's the ride height? pics?

So i returned my H&R Sport springs to Tire Rack and ordered Ground Controls w/ custom rates instead today. 425# front and 430# rear. Unfortunately since the front spring is so short, that is the softest rate they have available. I've ran a GC/Koni coilover in my old SER and was amazing. I know it'll work well in the Fit as well.

Was hoping to run 300# front and rear so it would be more comfortable.. i hope i won't regret this, haha.

To me it's streetable. I had the dampers set to 4 from soft. Tried setting t lower but then the car felt extremely floaty. But again, not me complaining, fiancé and kids lol.

But after swapping to the swift/koni, it definitely works better for me on Bay Area California roads.

I took a couple of pics with the swift/koni combo after it has settled and alignment completed. I'll upload it when I get a chance. See below.

I added weatherstripping from an S2000 between the chin and body for a more OE look. It might protect the paint better at the contact point and the seem looks more consistent. I like it:

Today was a cargo cover. I've added Sirius and next will be a hitch followed by a roof rack.
I'm old and boring

Fixes and upgrades

Ground wires from negative to chassis and chassis to engine block were replaced with AWG4 on good lugs properly crimped and well fastened. The chassis side was found covered by paint and the screw spacer was somewhat oxidated and was sanded to shine. Resistance check with dmm Fluke 117 is 0.1ohm.
Improvements: Fuel consumption improves approx. 10%. Sound with stock HiFi becomes crispy clear. Lazy brakes even after bleeding have come back to what it should be.
The stock spring set were replaced with RS R Down #294D from Japan. It reduces the sideward and diagonal movement on uneven surfaces.
Fuel consumption: Hwy better than 43 miles per gallon and 38 for mixed conditions.
Have changed spark plug to Denso Iridium Tough series VFXEH22 for over a year. Physical spec is same as stock. This is my own experiment and good for over a year. Mine is 2015 made in Japan.

Got my car back from the alignment shop after installing RS-R "Down" springs, camber bolts (set to -1.5° camber), rear axle shims (set to 0° toe). Handling is really improved over stock now, and is a hoot to drive. Not too harsh, either (I'm on stock dampers, bushings, etc.).

Also installed a Mugen-style front chin/lip.

Pics in my mod thread.

Installed a HPS short ram intake over the weekend. The install is straight-foward and easy to do with just basic hand tools. Seems to have a little more midrange power, but it's very subtle.

Pre-install, got the wrinkle black short ram version, there are other colors and you can even get a cold air version.

A few things I didn't like about this intake:
-The hose clamp that goes around the heat shield and air filter was too small. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a 3" hose clamp. Will probably buy 2 more smaller hose clamps for the breather hose.
-The intake piping was kinda rough inside and had some overspray from the paint.

Boring, I know...

Oh yeah, California legal tint from local company that did my prior Fit. Soon. It's getting hot out.
Do you have pics or explanation of cargo tray and cargo area cover? Is the cover a hard one or a roll up one?

Congrats T. People will probably get tired of my saying it, but all-weather floor mats and cargo area mat will take the edge off using all that interior space. The carpet is not a strong point, and total protection from everything will preserve them, and make anyone jumping in and out with whatever on their feet a non-problem. Enjoy the ride!
