Customer Support, you are very polite but I have called three times to no avail. I keep getting the answer that Honda is waiting for an update from Android. Sorry, this is the first and last Honda I will ever buy.

2017 Fit CVT, Mexican top model. Same issues. We've found we can make calls, using the radio dials, which is better than using the phone per se, but hands free is a complete no go. Moto G and Samsung J1. I may yet take it to the dealer and see what they tell me. I may not bother.

My phone works with the speaker option. Prior to a few days ago I could access call history and make calls. Now they are gone and it says NO ENTRY. I have deleted the phone, cleared the system, repaired the phone and rebooted phone. My phone and call history works fine in our other vehicle! Someone said to reset the head unit? What is that and how do you do that?
