Lane watch camera delay 2015 Fit Ex

Has anyone else noticed that when changing lanes their lane watch image has a delay of about 2-3 seconds? Sometimes the image will appear quicker but mainly its been slow to come up. What's the point of this thing if the image pops up after I've already changed lanes?! If anyone has had issues or knows how to fix this lete know.

Lane watch camera delay

This issue has happened to me twice in the last month. There is a 2-2.5 sec delay in the lane watch camera activating. It goes back to normal if I stop and restart the car. It is annoying. Any suggestions?
