iphone issue

Hi all,

So I've noticed a couple times that if I'm listening to music from the phone via the USB cable, and I unplug the cable for some reason (like if I get a call - I hate talking hands-free) - thus interrupting the music - I cannot get the music to play again when I plug the phone back in. It will look like it's playing, but there's no sound from anywhere.

I feel like this is an issue with a really obvious solution, but danged if I know what it is.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Aarox

Thats really odd, When I tried doing the same mine automatically switches back to USB when its plugged back in. Are you running the latest version of IOS? Do you have a friends phone you can try?

If all else fails, I would go to the dealer and see if they can check the software. I don't think there are any updates but there may be a setting that needs to be changed.

Well, I'm glad it's not just me... I guess.

iOS is current, and I just bought the car a month ago so I would assume the software is up to date. Haven't tried it with any other phones yet, though I will soon.

Weird!

Thanks for the positive chipping in.

Stupid Question: Does the phone itself show the music progress bar moving as though it is playing??

It does. However, in a quick test yesterday, the problem did not actually occur. Which is weird as well.
