Major Engine Failure at 1 year, 10,000 miles
Dealership is trying to blame driving style for the clutch wear. Now that my car doesn't have the original engine like you're saying I'm guessing the VIN won't match on the block either
will definitely be seeking compensation for the depreciated value. This isn't my fault. I bought this car new. Dealing with the stress of a messed up car for the majority of the time I owned it and now it's gonna be worth less if I decide to sell it?
They can have the shittiest customer service in the world, fine I won't give them business in the future and do my damn best to let others know. They try and brush off the depreciated value of my car and leave me high and dry I'll take serious disrespect to that and have no issue taking it to small claims.
Hendrick Honda Woodbridge Virginia has ignored my emails btw but I'm not gonna let them rip me off in that way.

No , it will not be worthless. You received a new motor by the Honda dealer. No issue in my book when I am buying the car used. As long as it is a factory motor replacement any smart person SHOULD not have a big deal about it. In fact if yours had more miles on it when it happened it would be a PLUS in my book and I would pay more since it had less miles on the engine. At worst, to an average buy you may take a $1,000 hit. Except it and move on and quit fretting over it. And they will do nothing for your clutch, again move on with the worry. Drive the crap out of it.
I have the same issue as you do with my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, but I am FAR WORSE off then you are. My original motor (14,000 miles ) had the famous "Hyundai tick of death" from piston wear and then in turn it takes out the lifters and #3 rod bearing. I sold my 2009 Fit because before this issue no one would buy this Hyundai, it was up for sale for 6 months below blue book and is clean. I did not want 2 cars so I sold the Fit in 1 1/2 days, go figure.... I have 20,000 miles on my Hyundai and I am willing to bet Hyundai put the same parts back in this motor ( this motor was built by a 3rd party) because Hyundai has motor issues and they have at least 4 cars every day in their shops getting new engines and they ran out of Hyundai crate motors. Nice cars, but Hyundai CAN NOT BUILD A MOTOR to save it's sole. Now "I" have a resale problem . You have a little nothing burger.

Update- dealer changed cylinder head, head gasket, injectors and injector pipes.
Car is running ROUGH now with a loud engine tick that gets worse as I apply gas. Video to follow in the morning, I'm contacting Honda USA to try and get a new fit or at least my motor replaced. My car was silent before, barely a buzz idling.

I'd want to see the parts list on a receipt. This sounds highly unusual.
