I thought you guys were kidding....
So there is suppose to be a "Spoken Warning?".

Mine doesn't beep...nor have I ever heard a pre-recorded message about anything.

Thats not prerecorded - there’s a very calm, soothing-voiced woman who lives in your Honda (and no, it’s not my mom). I heard she’s the illegitimate daughter of Kit (the guy who lives in Hasselhoffs Firebird).

So I looked up some info in a few USA FIT owners manuals online today

07-17 pretty much all state variations of these two lines in a couple locations, and beeper/buzzer refer to the same warning noisemaker:

If you start driving without fully releasing the parking brake, a buzzer sounds as a warning.

The beeper sounds and the indicator comes on if you drive with the parking brake not fully released.

2018-19 OM says the same as above plus "release parking brake" message appears on the information display, if equipped

None say specifically what speed you have to reach before the noises begin, but like I said earlier, my Civic starts making warning noise at about 4 MPH.

OK, walkin' back a bit on my original reply....tried this "scenario" today, and yes, there is a very faint beep...but only tried it moving fwd, would like to think it would do the same in rvs... took a few seconds to start beeping, handle was a click or two Up from unbreaked. It is hard to hear, but there IS the red light on the dash, yes?

I do get a clear warning chime/beep at any time the car is in motion with the parking brake engaged. 2016 6MT.

Rest assured my hearing is far from perfect.
Though it is not due to Ramones.... it's mostly due to Ducatis.
Come to think of it it may be also Sex Pistols.
And Sig-Sauers.

I remember the morning we tried to wake the boy up for school and he arose from the bed singing
"24 24 24 hours to go, I wanna be sedated"

3rd grade FTW LMAO
