1) The classic FF double wishbone Civics/Integras are super fun.
2) The B-series rules.
3) Their steering feel craps upon that of the S2000.
4) The F20C/F22C poop heavily upon the B16. I say this as a lifelong fan of the B-series VTEC engines (B18B/B20 junk belongs in a dumpster)
5) You can't compare a well built FR halo sports car to an FF economy car with a better engine/trans & little else.
And of course the S2000 costs more to modify, as one example the S2000 OEM header is already super efficient, to make a header that actually improves upon it requires some real effort.
That and if dude wants S2000...dude wants S2000.
yes you are right, my comment have no sense maybe I got carried away by my emotions when they touched on the Honda S2000 theme, and I had both cars the S2000 and the civic SI, and because the civic gave me many joys on a 1/4 mile track and circuit and on the other side The S2000 was a daily driving car that was fun but I don't know I guess I'm addicted to modifying cars that don't seem so fast, love my civic and my Honda Fit is great too, I didn't expect such good performance from this car to be Honest but worth modifying. sorry if I hurt someone's feelings for talking about the S2000, it was not my intention

The real fun, in an S2000, begins when you're sending it on the track.
You only get a small taste of what the car can do on public roads.

You're absolutely right, and the S2000 had to sell it because my son was on the way, so I didn't have the opportunity to have it for a long time. by the way how much does an S2000 cost in your place

Prices are all over the places to be honest. AP1? AP2? CRs are pretty much north of $30-35K for anything semi-nice. Collector condition cars are north of $50-60K.
A "reasonable" driver's car is probably $15-17K (AP2).

In my place you can easily get one (AP2) for 10,000 dollars and with many extras, I mean wheels, body kit, some accessory engine modifications
Have you had any issues with installing the Feal 441 rear shocks on the GK5? There doesn't seem to be enough thread at the top of the rod for the nut to fully engage.
Feal said to compress the yellow bushing and impact the nut down. I tried something similar to that and the nut pops right off and the rod somehow forces its way back down below the body of the car.

What does the rear shock look like under the car? I didn't have any issues.
Here's the OEM shock versus the Feal shock. The paper on the right is how it should be set up. It's very straightforward but I'm not able fully thread the nut.
And here's a picture of the top of the OEM shock with plenty of thread.
Am I missing something? I recall the GE shocks have shorter rods. I'm thinking this is the same case.
I used a jack below the shock to compress it and even placed in the bolt at the bottom. The threads at the top were still the same so I even placed the tires back on and dropped the car. It still didn't expose more thread... That's when I tried to force it and the nut popped off and the rod came loose while I was tightening. Do you think it has anything to do with the spring height? Or possibly the part I marked in blue that's limiting the thread exposure at the top?

for the part circled in blue, I see 2. if I am seeing this correctly, is the one on the right longer than the oem one? if so .... try re using the oem one and see if that helps you gain a few extra threads
with the car on ground.... that should push UP as far as possible

Feal didn't include those with my coilovers. I either reused, or didn't use at all, the OEM "black blob".

Thanks everyone for trying to help. I greatly appreciate it
Both parts I've circled in blue are the same OEM piece. Feal did not supply that piece but the instructions show to reuse it. It sits above the rod spacer and below the body of the car.
I'm going to try the install again but adjust the spring height so they're not forcing the shocks to extend, but instead compress. I think that's my issue.
