Is this what you where talking about? A spade connector? I ended up using one of these in the #2 slot and it worked perfect. I will debate doing the relay so i can use them with the high beams on next.

Man i cant wait to do this, not just for the independant fog lights but for the highbeams+fog lights. high beams have a narrow focus and dont show light in the near distance. fog lights fix that! one question tho, whats a "Connectors w/ wire crimper"? i want to avoid soldering, last time i did it, i ****ed up my ps2 bad... and is there anyone that might be avalible on AIM or MSN or sumone who is always on FF, cuz i think i mite have trouble grounding it maybe.. gunna try tomorow, or, today since its 3:30 in da morning -.- and is this reversable?

Just use an electrical connector to join both ends of the wires, or you can use a male/female plug. A crimper is a tool that you would use to squeeze the metal around the wire once the connector is in place on the stripped piece of wire. You can prob. get away with using a pair of pliars. You can google wire crimper and you will see what it is, you have seen them before.

ok here is something i would like to know if anyone has tryed, insted of trying to squezzzzzz in under the dash and cliping the ground to the fog lights so when the high beams are on the fog lighst stay on also, has anyone tryed to just clip the ground going to the fog lights right at the light and grounding it on the front rad support or somthing? will this work? not sure if there is somthing im missing about this but i think it might work has anyone tryed this?

wow im so ****ing pissed PA got some stupid laws! i went to auto zone and asked for a connector and add-a-circuit (wire was bought at radioshack, gotta love em, dont know shit about cars, mostly). Hes like " huhhhhhh.... what are you talkin about" and this wasn't one of those teenager noobs there, ive seen him workin there b4. i had to explain him what i was tryin to do to my fit and he tells me its illegal. i looked around the store myself for the damn things and i got it, brought it to the counter, the same ****in idiot: "im denying you service for those items" **** me for denying service! bullshit! ****ing asshole got a shitload from my mouth, ended up leaving the store with just my keys... no add-a-circuit or connector -.- no offense to anyone but i hate PA check your state law b4 u mod ur stuff

same thing happened to me, disconnect your battery and let it reset your ecu, after reconnecting it, reset your radio and the light should go away. I also switched my relay location to slot 2 since it was an empty slot. Don't know if both of those tasks are required to take out the engine light, but it worked for me. gl.

Yes, afterwards no problem. I haven't tried the cruise control since thought but I will try it later. It's been about 2 weeks with no problems/check engine lights.
