Finally Fixed Dash Vibrations

So I was taking apart my front bumper assembly yesterday and I figured out a great use of the rubber strip that is supposed to let you know when you've gone too far...anyone know what I'm talking about?

So I just pulled off all the weird clear tape so that the whole strip was the bare soft rubber, cut all of the tabs off and trimmed it to length, squeezed it down into the windshield/dashboard gap and voila, dash rattle is gone, and I can't hear it creak over bumps anymore!

I just left the foam that is already in that windshield/dash gap because it helped keep the rubber strip squeezed in place.

Just figured this might be useful if anyone has a trashed Fit front end sitting in their closet, wouldn't be worth buying since it's $53.
