Probably the same issue and still under warranty for the miles or year. Take it into a good Honda dealer, don't bother going to a mechanic. I went to two different mechanics and getting crazy high prices to replace the injectors before taking it to the dealer who has all the info and replaced the injectors for free.

 

My 2019 Fit started throwing P219A a few months ago. Dealer wanted $2,400 to replace the injectors. Seems like a lot, and of course, over 36k miles the powertrain warranty does not cover any of this.

I turned off the light - car runs fine - light comes back on every few weeks. Is this something to actually worry about?

Anyone have any insight?

I am curious what you refer to as Honda being good and repairing? I had code throttle body sensor stuck on off. Honda wanted $2500 and car had only 62000 miles in 2021. Right after warranty expired the cat stopped accelerating. I was told by local mechanic he replaced the throttle body switch and that he had purchased the brand new switch only $185. Honda told me I cannot buy the switch only bc I had to buy the whole throttle body or else the car would quit running again in like 3 months. I told the mechanic I did not give permission to repair. I didn't have $700. He said fine. I will take my new switch off and put your broken switch back on and only charge you $85. I said you take your not new part and put my broken part back and you pay me $85 for being a dumbass! I never even asked you to repair my car!! Only to tell me an estimate for making it run again
​​​honda said $2500. Entire electronic throttle body and installation. My car is sitting at Hudels Garage. They now own my Fit I bought 1.28.2017 $15000 cash. I drove 62000 miles in the 5 years 3 months before it completely failed. Someone please give me your thoughts. I want to go to Honda and just ask for another dang car. I am getting screwed nine ways til dunday
