You are right- NONE of us spend much driving time in the 6000 rpm range and want performance gains from 3-5000.
Except for those getting 15mpg. I kid...

Looks like any color you want as long as it's BLACK!

Interesting thought though for those with Airbrushing/Krylon skills.

colors=black

Hey all,

Yes currently the SSI is only available in black.
We will inquire with our suppliers to see what other colors are availiable in the type / grade of ABS we have selected. It may be a possibility that we can offer the intake in a few colors.
We'll keep you informed.

The ABS does take paint well, so if you are good with the spray can or airbrush you could put your custom colors on the chamber.
If you are deciding on painting the chamber we would recommend that prior to painting that the chamber be wiped down with a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol to prep the surface and make it as clean as possible.

Thanks again for the interest!

Where are the dyno sheets? Are the gains posted somewhere?

sent them a email. I think i am going to be purchasing the intake if the numbers are promising. I don't want to risk hydrolocking the fit, I did that last yr in my ek.

H-fit Supa Suca Chamber Intake Installed

Installation was easy,the only hard part was putting the lock nut inside the chamber,if you have big hands you might ask somebody that has a small hand to put the lock nut for you,i was able to put mine,and the rest is easy.Fitment was perfect,i have no complain.

The quality of ABS plastic chamber is good,i ask the vendor where is supa suca made and they told me was it is made in u.s.a.I drove it for about a mile in our neighborhood coz i want to hear how it sound and it sound so quiet,i was driving between 40-45 mph,i will go to my vacation house in palms springs next week so i can see how it performs in high rpm,

Also i have no problem in opening & closing of hood,it doesn't interfere with any thing,Overall i'm happy with this SUPA SUCA,I got 2 SUPA now,a SUPA SUCA intake & a SUPA voltage stabilizer. ,i just need a SUPA ENGINE,the last but not the least i would like to congratulate H-FIT for a quality intake and say thank you for a nice t-shirt.
