JDM Steering wheel

Hmmmmm...yummy!! Stereo controls, paddle shifters and what appears to be mobile phone controls????



too bad the wires are cut....

Hmm... interesting. I'm sure this would work in our Fits... but how would everything wire up. We obviously wouldn't have the wiring for the radio controls, but could they possibly already be there in the dash...?

Anymore information on this?

Wiring is easy since steering wheel controls generally are not data)canbus) but are just set resistances. If you can follow the harness you can take a multimeter and find each button. then use a PAC steering wheel remote interface(if your using an aftermarket Head unit anyways)

cool, except one thing; that steering wheel looks plastic, i like leather better

i like it! but i wouldn't get it here in the US because i'm gonna need that airbag if someone hits me with there ford excursion/H2/escalade

I'm thinking about picking it up as it'd be neat to have in the car, even though the buttons wouldn't work!!!

But I'm looking at putting a CSX steering wheel in the car.....

The buttons can be made to work. As I said above each button just grounds out to a specific resistance value. You can use a PAC steering wheel remote interface and use those buttons on any aftermarket head unit. Or just extend them to the honda harness. I can give you the Pin positions and wire color on the factory head unit harness if you need
