Sorry, havent been able to get the pics up. Most important thing is that the o-rings go between the stiffy and the bracket, to reduce vibration.
Groc, if it's that far off, i would take everything apart and start over. mounted correctly, theres NO way the brackets would be 8 inches apart. I would try again, making sure the right spacers are in the right places, using the correct bolts, etc. I know the instructions are difficult, but they become clear if you read thru a bunch of times WHILE youre actually doing it. Well it went on finally, but the preload adjustment was off. I was only able to set it at 15mm being the softest just to be able to install it. The damper length alone will not allow me to tighten the stiffness anymore. Why does it pop when I start the car? Is this normal? I read on the FAQ's it is due to preload being loose or a cold start. I had no trouble during driving, and the car felt fine. My friend told me the application may be different due to my fit being Automatic.

Im selling my torque damper Best offer shipped anywhere. I have to take it off cuz theres no room for it when i install the supercharger. Only has a couple thousand miles on it, perfectly clean, comes with all necessary hardware, bolts, etc...
