Well i went into 3 different shops and nobody wants to even consider making custom runners for my manifold... unfortunately! I still think that the bigger runners and mismatched ports size (30mm on Head Vs 33 on the WR Manifold!) are what kills my low end torque... Grrrr!!!

i recieve my manifold in the mail about a week ago and the got it to a machine shop to weld in a bung fo the pcv/ boost gauge/ bov vacuum lines. should installed this weekend or next weekend if i get too busy.

If i have known some details sooner, i would have kept the stocker with some polishing in the lower runner portion of the intake... Lost low end\mid-range grunt with the WR intake at the expense of a tiny little bit of top end power that i use, maybe, 5% of the time!
Personately, i will not put any bung for my PCV because the design of the manifold will result in a pool of oil in the plenum waiting to go down the intake or worst, hydrolock the engine on a serious turn... Catch Can MANDATORY!

I picked up one of the 1st generation Weapon R manifolds that has been rewelded using inert gas along the seams after cracking and pressure tested at 25 psi.. I don't think I should lose much if any torque on the low end.. I was told that the car it was on tended to run lean with it and that with boost the problem could be more of a problem than it was on his N/A car.

when sugarfreak ran his N/A setup on the dyno he did lose some torque on the bottom end simply cause the runners have a bigger diameter than the oem.
