We have a 2017 EX and started with two FOBS we lost one now we have one. Trying to figure out the most cost effective way to replace the lost one. Obviously we can go to the dealer and get it replaced and programmed for about. $210. Looking into other replacement type of stores it looks like a Batteries + bulbs can do it for $130. My question to the forum is will getting a replacement from a non dealer affect my existing FOB? This is for a push button start EX. The batteries + bulbs store said it happens sometimes. No really the definitive answer I was looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
