Clazzio leather seat covers: quality, installation questions

I'm just about to buy an '11 Fit Sport. The one modification I'd like to make right off the bat is to add leather seats. I was thinking I'd have to re-upholster, but then I searched a bit on Google, found this forum, and found a post recommending Clazzio leather seat covers.

I found a place selling them for $500: Clazzio Seat Covers - Clazzio Seat Covers - Bean Garage - Leather Insert Seat Covers - Honda Fit 09-10

Questions:

1) Are they good quality? Anyone have/seen them?

2) Are they easy to install? I'm not the handiest guy.

I and a bunch of other members have them. QUality and materials are top notch. I had Katzkin and been in all kind of cars with leather interior. The Clazzio covers compare nicely to them.
Installation is a lot of tugging and pulling that is a bit tiring on the hands but worth it in the end.
Bean garage is having a sale for 10% off ending at the end of this month so if you're ordering do so this month.
Just enter CLAZZIO for the discount.

Here are some links to threads about the Clazzio covers:

Thanks for the info.

Two more questions: how bad was the off-gassing with the covers?

Do you know if the Katzkin are 100% leather? I'd be willing to pay more for PVC-free leather.

The Katzkin is all leather but they cost about twice as much as the Clazzio and they replace the seat skin so installation is needed.
I'm not sure what you mean by off-gassing.

Off-gassing - the "evaporation of volatile chemicals in non-metallic materials at normal atmospheric pressure".

In this context, the "new car smell".

Good quality, easy installation. Took 30 min for front row only for me.

Smell went away within a day.

Only the center inserts are leather on the Clazzio covers...the sides are PVC. I have all PVC at $270. I can't really tell the difference in the Clazzio PVC and real leather. I have had leather seats in other vehicles.

I was concerned with hot weather and I was amazed at how soft and supple they are the hotter it gets. They have a slight smell when coming out of the box, but goes away quick. You could let them sit out for a day before you do the install. They seem to have an initial smell that goes away and doesn't come back.

Bean garage is the lowest price with great customer service and fast shipping...you can even check in stock availability on the website. The covers will completely transform your fit.

Even a caveman could install these...very easy!

Love my Clazzios. And everyone that sees them in my vehicle can't believe they are seat covers, they look so perfect.
